Copestone Apartments offers a team of maintenance professionals and an after-hours emergency maintenance line to call for emergencies.
Our service technicians are able to provide assistance while you're enjoying life. You do not need to be present for your maintenance request to be addressed, but if you would prefer to be there, you're more than welcome.
To get assistance as quickly as possible, place a work order through the online portal or contact our team of management professionals.
If you find yourself locked out during business hours, stop by our office, call our leasing team, or submit a help request online! If you are locked out after hours, you can call our emergency maintenance line or contact a locksmith if necessary.

When living at these beautiful Garden City apartments, renters' insurance is required. We offer a master policy for all our residents, or you may supply your own 3rd party policy. For more information on Renter's Insurance, contact our leasing team who would be happy to discuss!
Internet is provided through Quantum Fiber at a cost of $50 per month.
If your situation changes, we offer buy-out options with a lease termination fee! When you need our assistance, please call our leasing team to discuss your options for leasing changes.
Copestone Apartments will provide utility set-up information upon moving into your new home!
At Copestone Apartments, residents are responsible for paying all utilities. You are able to pay your monthly utility bill through our online portal for added convenience!

When reviewing an application to rent at Copestone Apartments, we conduct a criminal background check, verify rental history, analyze credit history, and income-to-rent ratio. If you have questions about our application process, please contact our leasing team to speak with one of our friendly team members.
Applicants must have verifiable income equal or greater to three times (gross) the market rent. Guarantors must have original, verifiable income equal to or greater than four times (gross market rent).
Past rental qualification is at least 1 of year of verifiable 3rd party or mortgage payment history.
Our property can verify income using a variety of methods such as most recent paystubs, bank statements, employment letters, and much more. Contact our leasing team to speak with one of our friendly team members for additional information.
Our system generates a risk vs credit score. Bankruptcies, judgments, and balance(s) owed to other management may cause an applicant to be denied.

Our team suggests making a previously arranged appointment to prevent any wait time and to make sure all your questions about these apartments in Garden City get addressed. However, we do also accept walk-ins.
Your apartment will be prepped and ready for you to move in. We make sure your home is professionally cleaned, painted, and functioning properly so that when you move in, you're ready to relax at home.
Our community was built in 2025, so we are considered new construction with very little noise heard by neighbors.
We want our residents to make their space just like home. We ask upon move out that the unit is returned to exactly as it was upon move-in to prevent any fees.
At our apartments in Garden City, residents will be responsible for paying monthly fees like utilities and parking.
Copestone does not allow unattended guests or listing apartment homes for booking on Airbnb, VRBO, etc.
We want Copestone to be as peaceful for all our residents as possible! Building quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. All of our community spaces are ready for your use without any charges!
